VP Product 

FXC Intelligence, is seeking an innovative VP Product due to an internal promotion. We are an exciting growth stage and are seeking to further enhance our product range and capabilities to our global, renowned clients, including PayPal, HSBC, Lloyd Bank, World Bank, to name but a few. 

The role of VP Product

Reporting into the CEO, the VP Product will play a crucial role in creating the strategy, vision and roadmap of our product suite delivering the best data products to the global payments industry. We are constantly innovating and need a forward thinking, inspirational leader to help take us to the next level.

Experience of building enterprise grade data products, data portals or similar SAAS products is highly valued in this role

Managing our product team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, defining and communicating the product strategy and vision

• Working closely with client and market feedback to continue to develop the best products

• Coaching & Developing for success

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics

• Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action

• Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities, monitor progress and evaluate results

• Collaborate with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Your experience

• You will have 5+ years of experience in Product, ideally 2+ at senior level

• Strong people management skills

• Experience in Agile frameworks and leading Agile teams

• Fluent in English, with strong written and oral presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and pricing strategies.

• Be adept at evidence-based decision making

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience of building data products, data portals or similar SAAS products for enterprise grade customers
