Due to company growth, we are now seeking a Product Designer to join our product team, with a focus on internal tools and B2B customer applications. This is a highly visible and central role that will have direct input into product creation and design. You will be part of a cross-functional product team and be involved in both improving existing tools to higher UX/UI standards and developing new customer applications. You will be interacting with and learning from excellent product managers, software developers and others in a friendly, collegial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our internal tools & customer applications meet the highest standards of usability

• Document design decisions and build up internal knowledge base of best design practices

• Implement consistent design language across our suite of existing internal tools

• Work alongside Product Managers to take the lead in discover & product design feedback sessions with existing and new clients

• Advocate for usability & user experience during product refinement and design sessions, while keeping in mind the full user journey and product goals

Necessary skills and experience:

• 3-5 years product design experience with B2B digital applications and/or internal tools

• Strong knowledge of current best practices for UX

• Experience with mockup tools such as Figma or MockPlus

• Background in design, UX/UI, product manager or other relevant area

Nice to have skills and experience

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)

• Experience with team collaboration software (issue tracking, project management, document sharing, etc.)

• Experience working in/alongside agile product teams

• Experience working in fintech or payments industry

• Basic salary of £55,000-65,000 + up to 20% annual bonus/option scheme (eligible after 3 months of employment)
