Who is FXC: Scale-up fintech company with 65 employees across UK, Eastern Europe and the US. We expect to be 100 by the end of 2023.

We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead to help drive and shape the QA Team, whilst being responsible for 3-6 QA Testers.

The role of Senior Automation Test Lead

- You’ll take the lead for project test requirements

- You will help to improve the testing process which includes how we track our testing KPIs

- Identify testing requirements and create and execute acceptance tests

- Investigating and reproducing complex and technically challenging defects and testing fixes

- Running and creating automation test scripts

- Providing support and guidance to your team while operating in an Agile environment

- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve engineering problems and defects

- Supporting & mentoring more junior colleagues including reviewing code

What we’re looking for

- At least 3 years of testing experience, ideally 3-4

- 1 years of experience leading testing projects and mentoring junior engineers

- Experience with all elements of the software testing lifecycle

- Automation frameworks and scriptwriting experience, Python/pytest

- Database testing experience, including data integration/ETL

- Good understanding of data quality, how to track and measure it

- Good level of English both written and verbal
