Talent Acquisition Consultant (in-house)
Junior In-House Recruiter
Location: London (Flexi-remote)
Salary: To £40,000 + up to 20% bonus paid annually + 5% pension + healthcare + career coach
Reason for hiring: Expansion
After another very exciting year of rapid growth, FXC Intelligence are looking to add a Junior Recruiter to their growing Talent Acquisition team. This is going to be the business’ second Talent Acquisition hire and it would be an ideal fit for someone who is at the start of their recruitment career and is looking to develop their skills in an in-house recruitment setting.
We are a fast growing fintech company providing financial data to an enterprise client list of household brands, which include HSBC, PayPal, World Bank, Western Union and MasterCard among others. We are rapidly building on our already strong reputation in the finance sector, and as a result, most of our recent clients have been gained through word of mouth. We can also boast an almost 100% repeat business rate, both of which are incredible achievements for a start-up company.
The role of Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant/In-House Recruiter
Part of the wider People Team, the Junior Recruiter will support in recruiting for various roles across the business but also with wider initiatives across the People Team. The role will entail candidate sourcing and screening; posting job adverts and arranging interviews; and managing the ATS database. This is in addition to administrative tasks and the occasional support on projects such as D&I, Onboarding and Employee Engagement.
Necessary skills and experience:
- You must be based commutable to London - as you will be expected to visit the office 2-3 x per month
Ideally you will have experience of both in-house and agency recruitment experience
Your experience must have been gained within a FinTech/Tech/Data industry
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Ability to take ownership and work without extensive supervision
Passionate about delivering an immaculate candidate experience
Resilient nature and ability to push through adversity
Organisation and good attention to detail
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience using an ATS (we currently use Teamtailor)
Experience using job boards and LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates
Ability to write compelling job descriptions
Interest in the fintech sector
Why you should consider this role:
FXC Intelligence is in a very strong position and will continue to grow throughout 2023, despite the prospects of a recession and economic instability in the wider market
You will be part of a great team of genuine people who are fun to work with but also extremely driven
As the business and the team is still relatively small and growing, your contribution will make a very significant impact and you will have a lot of opportunities to grow and develop
You will have autonomy and the ability to make the role your own
