Reporting to VP Tech
We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead our Platform Team as we continue to build a secure and resilient high-performance platform for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the team and driving platform strategy across the business.
What success looks like in this role:

Using metrics and monitoring to improve platform performance, security, reliability and cost control
Improving the quality of life of your team and the business, through automation, process improvement or new technologies
About the team:
You will join a technical team of approximately 40 technologists with a key purpose of continuously and reliably collecting large amounts of financial data describing cross-border payments, then processing the data, verifying its quality and serving it to our users so that they can make informed business decisions

Write Terraform and configure Kubernetes
Build a secure, resilient and reliable platform on AWS
Architect and build a platform for data-centric applications and services in a real-world production environment
