Enterprise Client Solutions Associate
Location: Washington, D.C (3 days a week in-office)
Reports to: VP Commercial
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
FXC Intelligence is expanding in the US, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Enterprise Client Solutions Associate to support our commercial growth in our most important market. Based out of our DC office, you’ll play a key role in assisting our Commercial team by supporting inbound leads, servicing our current clients, preparing client materials and helping to drive engagement across our growing client portfolio.

What you’ll be working on:
Working closely with our VP Commercial, US Account Management team and Commercial Operations team, as well as other team members to support US commercial activities
Supporting the onboarding of new US clients and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
Managing inbound leads from our website or directly from other sources
Building out prospect proposals
Acting as a first point of contact for some client enquiries and coordinating internal follow-ups
Supporting and developing client presentations, decks and sales materials tailored to prospects and verticals
Keeping our FXC CRM and other internal tools updated and helping streamline our commercial processes
Building up your knowledge of FXC products, industry trends and client use cases
Booking qualified meetings for our Business Development and Account Management teams
You won’t be selling directly or going out to find new business, but you’ll be playing a key role in supporting the Commercial team, supporting inbound leads and servicing existing clients.
About the Commercial Team:
We’re a transatlantic team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Client Operations. You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our company's growth, helping to build a strong and collaborative presence in the DC office alongside senior leaders. You’ll work closely with our VP Commercial and Account Management team in the US, as well as the wider business, to achieve our commercial goals.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
Bring a growth mindset and the confidence to work independently and take initiative
Can juggle multiple priorities with strong time management and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
Are data-literate and able to use insights to tailor your outreach and materials
Enjoy learning about financial technology and are eager to become a subject-matter expert
Can bring energy, positivity and collaboration to a hybrid team culture
It’d be great (but not essential) if you also have:
Experience working in a data, fintech, banking or cross-border payments business
Worked with large, complex or enterprise-level clients
Been involved in onboarding, customer success or presales processes
Implemented or improved commercial support operations or tooling
