Five reasons FXC Intelligence was chosen as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work for 2025
We are absolutely delighted to share that FXC Intelligence has been included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list. We have been identified as one of the 202 best businesses in the small category, with the judges recognising our mix of personal and professional development initiatives, as well as our flexible hybrid working environment. This award is based solely on employee reviews, and it is a real honour to be included!
1. Flexible and inclusive working culture
We trust our colleagues to work where is best for them, with a flexible hybrid approach that supports remote working for those who want, paired with in-office collaborative sessions as needed. Employees can also work offshore for up to three months a year – a benefit our international employees particularly value. To keep everyone connected, we hold company-wide in-person meetings once a month, followed by socials such as a painting evening or an F1 racing experience.

2. Professional development
Development is also frequent and broad. In addition to an office library and quarterly one-to-one sessions with our CEO, we run weekly company-wide training on everything from product deep-dives to pension overviews, as well as monthly Lunch & Learns on topics as diverse as stress reduction and LGBTQIA+ history. We also provide all employees with a £1,000 annual training budget to use on things such as conferences, courses and additional training.
In addition to this, all of our employees will have regular meetings with their manager to map out their career growth, allowing them to thrive and have visibility on the next steps.
3. Recognition and Thoughtful Perks
We also like to recognise personal and professional milestones with individual gifts for a variety of occasions, including sweets for passing probation, champagne for promotions and personalised gifts for work anniversaries, birthdays and milestones. Our CEO also sends a Christmas hamper with a personalised message to every employee, and we also hold quarterly “Good to Great” awards where colleagues with particularly impressive performance can win a £50 voucher!
4. DEI as a core value
All of this is reflected in our diversity and the passion of our employees. With team members across 20+ countries, we truly value every person making their mark and impact on our growing company.
We have a far greater number of women in the company than the industry average, and our senior leadership is 50% female. We are incredibly proud of this representation.
We celebrate our differences and make an effort to even the playing field, with sessions on topics such as unconscious bias and neurodiversity, and strive to create a safe place for all, having both LGBTQIA+ and Women In Fintech employee-led networks.

5. Outstanding benefits package
We pay careful attention to the benefits offered within the wider industry to ensure that we are effectively compensating our employees beyond their core salaries and are proud of the range of benefits we have cultivated.
All employees have 25 days' holiday from the start of their employment, rising to 26 after two years, with the ability to carry up to three days over each year. For our long-service team members, we are also proud to offer six weeks of fully paid sabbatical leave for those who have been with the company for four or more years.
We also offer a 5% contributory pension, and employees can opt into a healthcare scheme that is available to both themselves and their wider family, and which includes mental health support. Furthermore, we provide the option of career and wellbeing coaches alongside in-house mental health first aiders to support employee wellbeing.
Beyond competitive remuneration, which we work to benchmark on a yearly basis, we also offer an annual bonus scheme that provides performance-based bonuses that can be taken either as share options or cash. Employees also have a budget for home office equipment, a £1,000 annual training budget and the opportunity to become a STEM Ambassador, as we work in partnership with STEM Learning.
