This role exists to nurture and expand our relationships with high-value enterprise clients, helping us to deliver strategic insights and data-driven growth for some of the world's largest financial institutions.
You will work closely with the VP Commercial, Business Development, and Client Operations teams and play a key role in driving revenue growth from our existing account base while ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our industry-leading intelligence.
What success looks like in this role:
Driving consistent revenue growth through successful renewals and upselling within your assigned enterprise accounts.
Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders at major banks, payment companies, and fintechs.
Ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding for new enterprise clients onto our platform.

Becoming a subject-matter expert in cross-border payments data to effectively tailor solutions for client-specific use cases.
Navigating and managing complex legal and procurement hurdles to secure long-term contracts.
About the Commercial team:
We’re a transatlantic team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Client Operations. You’ll be joining at an exciting point in our company's growth, helping to build a strong and collaborative presence as we revolutionize financial insights through cutting-edge technologies.
You should apply if you can confidently:
Manage enterprise-level client accounts with a track record of delivering consistent revenue.
Communicate clearly and professionally with senior-level external and internal stakeholders.
Navigate complex data sets and sell intelligence-based solutions rather than just software.
Juggle multiple priorities with strong time management and high attention to detail.
Translate high-level business goals into actionable account management tactics.
It’s a bonus if you also have:
Experience in the FX, payments, or banking industries.
Prior experience in customer success, presales, or onboarding for large financial institutions.
