What does your department do?

The People team is responsible for keeping everyone happy at all stages of the employee life cycle. We want to maintain and improve our +75 eNPS score by nurturing our talent and listening to and acting on our employees' needs.

Who does your department consist of?

We are currently a team of three, including myself, our HR Generalist and our Senior Talent Acquisition and Culture Partner.
