What does your department do?

The Research team is responsible for maintaining and growing public awareness and perception of the company, as well as the wider cross-border payments industry as the publishers of the leading global payments trade publication. We are the public face of the company, covering all external content, including our industry-leading weekly newsletter; regular analysis and reports; press releases; social media; and other content on the website and beyond. We also ensure all externally presented writing and data is consistent, well-edited and of a high quality and aligns with the wider needs of the business.

Who does your department consist of?

We are currently a team of four. Our department consists of the VP Research, Editorial Operations Lead; External Principal Editorial Analyst and Editorial Analyst.
