Last month, the festive spirit was in full swing at FXC when the company joined together to celebrate what has been an incredible year.

First up, the company meeting – which was a chance to reflect on 2023 and how all employees performed throughout, focusing on the highs of the year. Kicking the meeting off, we played an icebreaker game where we had to pass a toy Santa around the room and ask each other questions (both festive and non-festive).

With an array of snacks laid out across the table, and with the quickfire questions now over, each head of department had their chance to comment on the previous year and share plans for the year ahead. Following this, our CEO Daniel Webber gave insight into the wider company plans for 2024.

Daniel wrapped up the meeting by answering questions and then handed the limelight over to Tracy, who informed the group of where our next destination was.

In the wonderful December rain, we all made our way over to Tattu London, where we were warmly welcomed with a cocktail, mocktail or beer of choice and an incredible atmosphere.

A selection of contemporary Chinese cuisine dishes filled the tables, whilst conversations and drinks were flowing.

We stood under the cherry blossom trees for a team photo and then wrapped up our time at Tattu. Many of us moved onto a different location to continue the mingling, before heading home to end the evening.

As we look ahead for 2024, we’re excited for more socials, more meetings and more positive conversations to carry us through.
